The food and restaurant service were a letdown. Dinner was repetitive with little choice of meat, and lunch was much the same. Breakfast repeated too, though there was always something to find, even if it was just toast. Some dishes had no labels, and the chefs weren't friendly, so we didn't feel like asking. It wasn't busy, yet food still ran out. At the buffet, people pushed in front of us and bumped into us. We felt invisible, and being younger than most guests, we thought people stared at us as if we were strange. We didn't feel welcome and wouldn't return, though the location was decent, with gift shops and restaurants around. My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute four-night anniversary getaway after seeing decent reviews. Our transfer left us at the bus stop instead of outside the hotel. Reception staff were fairly pleasant, but our room was in another building and this wasn't explained clearly. Smoking and vaping weren't allowed on our balcony. I'm not a smoker, so it didn't affect me, but smokers had to leave the grounds or use the one spot around the corner by the bar. I understand this was on the website, but we booked a package holiday. On our first night, after arriving late, restaurant staff put us in the room as you enter the restaurant. We felt awkward, and nothing was explained, perhaps because of a language barrier. As all-inclusive guests, we felt like a number, as if they didn't want us there. My partner, I and another British couple, literally four of us, wondered if local guests paying for drinks as they went got better service in hopes of tips. We got little attention and not even straws with our drinks, so had to get things ourselves. Just two bar staff made us feel welcome, and we tipped them because they were the only ones who made us feel appreciated. Our bathroom was tiny, and the mirror was scratched and damaged enough to make it look dirty.

The staff at reception, in the restaurant and bar were very helpful, and we'd definitely recommend the place. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The main centre is about a 15-minute walk downhill, including stairs, or a taxi back costs €6. We stayed five nights. Our room was nice and cleaned daily. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers, though note that was in January. I thought the food was excellent with lots of choice, and my wife especially liked the salad bar.

The staff made this such a lovely break. From the reception team when we arrived to the bar and entertainment crew and the cleaning team, everyone was fab and a credit to the hotel. Special thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff, who looked after my wife so well with her celiac gluten-free diet. Nothing was too much trouble, and she'd definitely recommend the hotel for gluten-free guests. The bar team were amazing too. It was a pleasure to stay, we had a great holiday and will be back. We had a lovely week at Hotel 07 Tenerife from October 30 to November 6, 2025. The atmosphere and food were great, and the staff especially made the stay. Our room was cleaned every day and always looked spotless. Thanks to Pilar, our chambermaid, for taking such good care of it. Vincente at reception, along with the waiters Santiago and Luis Garcia, were kind and professional, and made us feel welcome. There was one small snag at check-in: our booking had an error, and the receptionist didn't double-check the details. We spent over an hour contacting the agency. Thankfully Vincente stepped in and sorted it out quickly and politely, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely return. Highly recommended!

It was our first time in Tenerife and our first hotel here. The location is great, and Eti on reception was amazing, warm, welcoming and very helpful. We were in room 236, which I'd say has the best views in the hotel. The food was amazing too, good quality with a wide range to choose from. We'll definitely be back.
