The spa was well worth the 18 euros for a 1.45 hour session. It had a sauna, hamam, hot, warm, and cold plunges, a hydrotherapy pool, and a jacuzzi. It was spacious and not crowded. The hotel is close to the mountain, so make the most of the sun before the clouds come in around tiede. Choose the south if you want more sunshine; it’s cooler up here if that’s what you prefer. I thought the hotel was lovely, still nice and clean even if it’s dated. For the best views, try to get a room facing sunrise/teide or the pool. There’s a free weekday shuttle into town from 10am, with the last return at 6.15pm. Taxis to the seafront cost 5-6 euros each way. Food worked well for a week, though a longer stay might get repetitive. Meals varied a little day to day, with staples always available: basic salad items, nuts, seeds, pasta, rice, fries, pizza, paella, different meats, and a different fish each day. It should suit kids, with plain options they can add to and a self serve gelato and ice cream station. House wine was okay; cocktails were strong but syrupy. The outdoor pool was cold, but I was fine with it. Stay in for five minutes or more and your body adjusts, and it would be nice in summer heat.

We had an all inclusive four night stay in a lovely, clean hotel. Staff were friendly from check in and throughout the hotel. There was lots of fresh food to choose from, and entertainment was great both day and night. The poolside activities during the day were such a laugh. Our room was lovely, and we can’t wait to return next year. Thank you!

We stayed for New Year, and the staff made a real effort. The evening party was great fun, and the Spanish people know how to throw a party. Thanks to everyone for making the start of 2026 fabulous. We’d definitely recommend the hotel. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing, and the reception staff there were great. Food was tasty with good variety each day. Staff throughout the hotel were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean, as were all the public areas, which were comfortable places to spend time.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were satisfied with everything else. Food was very good, and the rooms were fine for the price. It would be nice to have somewhere to sit in the room and a few more blankets, since nights get quite chilly. The pool is the one downside: there’s only one, it isn’t heated, and at around 14-16 degrees Celsius it’s too cold for swimming.
