DWO Nopal by Checkin

We loved staying at DWO Nopal and would happily come back. It's a modern, welcoming hotel in a pedestrian area near Plaza del Charco, with local restaurants and the beach easy to reach. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of fresh choices to start the day. Room service was professional and kept everything to a high standard.

That roof terrace made a real impression. Breakfast and early evening aperitifs feel like a different experience up there, and we'd be glad to return or recommend the hotel to fellow travellers. Hotel DWO Nopal is seriously impressive for a three-star place, with exemplary service, comfort, and hospitality. Our room had no balcony, but it was spacious and immaculately clean. The daily turndown service was reliable and unobtrusive.

The best hotel experience I've had in Spain. It's basically a five-star place disguised as a three-star. Hygiene was superb, the staff were very friendly and polite, breakfast was good, and the location was excellent. The rooftop bar was great too. Simply amazing, I can't wait to come back. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

The location is awesome, and for the price this is a very good hotel. We've visited twice. On our second stay the air conditioning was very loud, but we asked and got a different room. I suspect it could be a problem when the hotel is full. Rooms are large enough, clean, and comfortable, although some are poorly laid out. I'd suggest booking one with a balcony, even if it costs extra. Breakfast is really good, though there's not a huge variety of products. There's no private parking because the hotel is in a car-free zone. You'll need to leave the car at the large public parking lot, a five-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi sucks and isn't secure, so use a VPN. For the price, 5/5 overall.
