Club Las Adelfas

We won't be returning to these apartments, though we will definitely be back in Puerto Del Carmen. Jet2 changed our accommodation 28 hours before departure, so we hadn't chosen this place. The two-bedroom apartment we were given was fantastic, and the man who served us drinks was kind. The bar and restaurant only opened from 10am to 5pm, with around 30 apartments and just two hard-working staff. One shutter was down when I went for more drinks, and I was told the staff were on their lunch break. The older bar staff member was repeatedly rude to me for no reason. When I asked where to get a taxi for Rancho Texas the next morning, for my wife's birthday, she curtly told me to go out of reception, turn left, then right. Around five days later she was rude again and ignored my thanks for the food and service. I've never felt so unwelcome in seven visits to Puerto Del Carmen. We told the receptionist about her very unprofessional behaviour. The apartments are rated 3 stars, which I think is highly overrated.

We loved our recent stay at Las Adelfas for my friend's birthday. The reception team went out of their way to make sure things were right, and our room was spotless. The beach, a local shop and all the things to see and do in Puerto Del Carmen were just a short walk away. I'd definitely stay again.

It's a quiet place with no entertainment, and you can get some food at the pool bar. There's a main pool and a children's pool. The rooms are basic but come with a fridge and full kitchen. The beach is close, and the location is great.

We had a great stay at Las Adelfas. The pool was cold but refreshing, and the pool and surrounding facilities were clean. There were plenty of sun beds, all placed well for catching the sun. On our last day my partner became unwell and had to stay in bed. I asked about a late check-out so he could rest before we headed back to cold, gloomy England, and the staff kindly let us stay until our airport transfer arrived. The apartment felt fresh and like a home from home. It had a full kitchen, clean beds, lots of storage with two double wardrobes and two vanity tables, and a spacious bathroom stocked with towels, toilet roll, body wash, shampoo and hand soap. There were spare pillows and bedding in the wardrobes, plus extra towels in the bathroom cupboards, so we could take some to the pool. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived, and we were in the apartment within five minutes. The cafe had good food and a good drink selection at reasonable prices, and the staff there were lovely, chatty and welcoming. My partner and I have only positive things to say, and I'd give it an even higher score if I could. I'd absolutely come back when I visit Lanzarote again. Thank you ☺️
