We wouldn’t come back, mainly because of the noise at night. Guests from the pool bar were drunk and loud, even with a security person there, and a stadium light shone straight into our window. The curtains didn’t block it, so sleeping was impossible. Parking around here is a nightmare, so anyone with a car might be better off farther from the central promenade. The room itself was nice, most staff were friendly, and the convenience room was a great feature.

A lovely little find in puerto del carmen, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The pool bar had tasty food and great service. I’ll definitely be back 👍👍

The rooms were cleaned regularly, and it’s a good value location. There’s a nice pool area, too, with friendly bar staff and a good range of drinks.

The location worked well for us without a car, since the bus stop was only about three minutes behind the apartment. The kitchen had utensils, but no microwave to heat food, and there wasn’t any salt or water.

A Spar supermarket is just 10 metres from the main entrance, and there’s a poolside bar serving meals and snacks. The two pools are both on the small side and have attendants. It seems suited to families and couples of any age, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but have a microwave oven and fridge-freezer, enough for holiday accommodation. There’s no air conditioning, and I’m not sure whether fans are available. Rooms do have a safe. The place was spotless, very well located and ideal for people with mobility issues. Would I return? Definitely.
