It’s a small, quiet place at the end of the Puerto Del Carmen strip, and the location is good. The staff member on duty was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning could have been better, but it was good value for money and I’d stay here again.

What made the break for us was how peaceful Laguneta felt while still being close to everything. The beach and Puerto del Carmen strip were about a 10-minute walk away, and the airport was a short 10-minute taxi ride. There’s free parking nearby and a bus stop close by too. We found the onsite team welcoming, and the pool and gardens were kept in lovely condition, with staff always busy looking after them and turning over the apartments. Our place was bright and roomy, with twin beds, plenty of wardrobe space, a modern bathroom and a good shower. The kitchenette had what we needed, and the patio came with two loungers and a table and chairs. You can rent cushions for the loungers and a safe for a small charge. There was no air conditioning, which would have been nice, but we managed even when temperatures reached 41°C. We didn’t see any mosquitoes, either. We had such a relaxing stay that we’re already planning to return for Easter 2026. I don’t recognize the problems mentioned in some other reviews, but everyone has their own experience. We’ll recommend Laguneta to friends and family.

The annex was in a very quiet area, and its balconies get sun all day. The apartment was simple but clean and had everything we needed. The man at reception was very friendly and helpful. There’s a supermarket two minutes away, and it takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to the strip and beach, or 10 minutes to Rancho Texas. A good option if you find it at a low price.

The best part for us was not having to rush to claim sunbeds. Our ground-floor room was right by the pool. It’s a quiet place for a holiday, with regularly cleaned rooms and pool, and the rooms are well equipped. There’s no air conditioning, but fans are available to hire cheaply. A local Spar is nearby, and the main strip isn’t too far. We had a great holiday.

We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the apartment was, even though the main road and beach are only about a 10-minute walk away. A lovely place in a great spot, and we’d happily recommend it.
