The bungalows are lovely, with everything you need, and the small complex feels just like home. We stayed for a week on our first visit and will definitely return. The bar has a really nice group of people, and Katy is great. It closes at 7pm, though, so it would be nice if it stayed open later on Friday or Saturday with a bit of music.

Mar Azul is very clean and well looked after, and the bungalows are cleaned regularly. The staff were all friendly and capable, with no problems at all. I did feel the place could use a little more intimacy, but it's well worth visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in a few years. The pool and pool bar were nice, and the staff were friendly. Our bungalow was clean, with five cleanings during the week, and towels and sheets were provided. You can rent air conditioning for 3 euros a day, which was a good extra. There were ants all over the kitchen, though a can of ant spray was there. We could live with it, since ants and other small bugs are normal on these islands. It was a perfect holiday for us.

The bungalow was even better than we expected, and we had an amazing time. The pool bar staff were outstanding, as was the food. Laima was just wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

Everything is on one level, with no stairs, and the little pool and bar are right outside. It's a small, quiet, clean and friendly place, with some privacy and close to the beach and shops. No bells and whistles, just a perfectly relaxing spot. I love it here.
