We’ve been coming to Puerto del Carmen for 13 years and tried quite a few apartments while looking for the right one. After 3 weeks here, we’ve finally found it. The complex is safe, secure, peaceful, and relaxing. Everyone staying there was quiet, and there was no music around the pool. The apartments have recently been renovated, so everything is new. We had a deluxe room with a sea view. The pool and its surrounding area were kept spotless by the man who cleaned them. He waved and chatted every morning, as did the ladies who cleaned the apartments, and they did a great job. It’s about a 10-minute stroll to the strip, close to everything but far enough away to stay quiet. We’ll definitely come back every time we visit Puerto del Carmen. Nothing to fault.

Just got back from a great week. The apartment and the grounds were spotless, and the staff were really friendly. There’s a bit of a hill from the strip, around a 10-15 minute walk, but otherwise it was 10/10. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The communication has been exactly what I’d want from a hotel so far. Replies have been quick and they keep you updated. We haven’t stayed yet, so I’ll write again after our days away, but I’m really excited about it.

We stayed for 7 days. The apartment was a good size and had the equipment we needed, and the service was very good. Beds were a bit firm but fine overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is slightly out of the way, though the strip is still only a 10-minute walk. I wasn’t impressed to find an empty fridge on arrival. Surely two small bottles of water and two pieces of fruit wouldn’t cost much? I’d still return, and recommend it.

The outside space and pool were lovely, and the apartments were modern, stylish, and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, with friendly staff who were happy to help with anything. We had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay and will be back.
