Rosamar Resort Lanzarote

We’ve had such a lovely week here and are leaving tomorrow. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed, close to the strip and near the famous Olas bar. On arrival there was beer and crisps waiting, along with a few extra touches. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room cleaning ladies were brilliant. I’d suggest adding a pool bar, perhaps with the gentleman from reception serving drinks, since he was amazing. Music around the pool would be nice too. We’ll definitely come back.

My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. It’s a lovely, quiet spot where we slept really well each night, and the strip is just a two minute walk away. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was excellent. The pool area is beautiful, with no fighting over sun loungers. Reception closes at 5, but the lads there can still be contacted if there’s a problem, and they’re very good. The mini cafe and restaurant was excellent, the food was very tasty indeed, and the young man who works there was brilliant. Highly recommend, and I’ll be back.

The pool was cold, even though we’d been told it would be heated when we booked. That was disappointing, but everything else was exceptional. The apartments were beautiful and clean, and the location was great. We brought our eight month old, and the facilities worked well for him. Staff enjoyed seeing him each morning and were so engaging, including Paco the maintenance man and all the cleaning staff. The restaurant food was lovely, and Nicola was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Room 139 is huge, with two bedrooms and a spacious living area. It has a hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Everything was immaculately clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The seafront is a five minute walk away, and there’s a Spar literally two minutes away. Nothing to complain about.
