Fuerteventura tú Alquiler

My Mam and I booked at the last minute to get away from the UK’s miserable weather and spend a week in the sun. We had Room 1, a one-bedroom apartment. It was fine overall, but next time we’d stay in Caleta de Fuste. For Puerto del Rosario, the location is good, although there isn’t much to see or do in town. Centro Comercial is under ten minutes away on foot, and Playa Chica is very close. Don’t attempt the walk to Lidl, it’s impossible! We preferred the beaches in Caleta de Fuste and Corralejo. A welcome pack with useful details, like how to use the hob, would have helped. We managed to find a video on YouTube instead. The apartment directly above us apparently had its toilet above our bedroom. The bed pillows were horribly uncomfortable, more like cushions. Wi-Fi was unreliable, but having a TV with Netflix and YouTube was a nice surprise. The bathroom looked modern, though the shower pressure could have been stronger. The temperature was fine. We had basic kitchen items for cooking, including a microwave, kettle, colander, and knives.

We were stranded when our holiday was cancelled after we arrived in the canary Islands, and the manager/owner Juan happily agreed to rent us an apartment. He was amazing, lovely, and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and had what we needed for two weeks. We did miss having an oven and toaster, but it wasn’t a major problem. There’s no air con, so a fan would have been nice, but we managed. The Wi-Fi was great. The beach is about a two-minute walk away, and it’s very quiet. I like a peaceful holiday, so it was perfect for me. A large shopping mall is also two minutes away, with groceries, clothes, sweets, tobacco, and everything you could need. I’d happily stay again. I absolutely loved it and want to go back as soon as possible.

We really appreciated our stay in number 1. The location is very good, parking is easy, and we slept great. Juan, the manager, responded quickly and kept on top of everything. Antonio, who cleans the apartments, was wonderful too. He helped us with everything and recommended places to visit, and the cleanliness was 10/10. It was a pleasure to have a vacation like this. 10/10, highly recommended! :)

The apartment had just been renovated, but some finishing touches were still missing. The living room could use rugs on the cold stone floor and some pictures to make it more welcoming. The lighting felt harsh and made the rooms uncomfortable, perhaps an interior designer could advise. I stayed at the Atlantic Loft for three days in mid-February 2024, in Loft Apartment 7 on the top floor. The building has eight apartments, all rented out. The location is perfect, just above Playa Chica, 200 meters from the beach and restaurants. The living room kitchenette was so well equipped that I was tempted to cook a steak, and I managed even though the power went out twice. The shower and toilet were large, clean, and nice.
