The room was spacious, with a small balcony, and the street noise was there but not too bothersome. We had a twin room on the third floor, and there's no lift. It had a sink and shower, but no toilet in the room. The guy who checked us in was very helpful. It's an old-school Spanish-style property and a good budget option.

We were right in the centre, but the place itself felt quiet and peaceful, on a gorgeous street. Our double room was so beautiful for the price that I could hardly believe it. The host was lovely, and although the bathroom and shower were shared, they were always available when we needed them. Such an incredible find in Barcelona. Thank you!

The staff were very flexible about our check-in and check-out times, which made the trip much smoother and more enjoyable. The neighborhood is lovely, and so many of the city's sights are close by that we walked almost everywhere.

The host, Angel, was so gracious, and the place has a quaint feel. It stays quiet even though all the tourist spots are nearby. There are a lot of steps up to the rooms, but the beds are super comfortable and the windows open wide for fresh air. For the price, it can't be beat. I'd highly recommend it.

I appreciated the staff staying up late to let us check in after our flight was delayed. The location was great. We had a private room to recover from jet lag, and it did the job, but the room was just okay for the money. I also wished there were a kitchen. I don't think I'd stay again.
