We found the owner friendly, and parking was easy. There are supermarkets and restaurants close by, and the bus station is about ten minutes away. Ours was fine for a few nights, though its windows looked into an inner courtyard rather than outside. The streets are poorly lit, so I wouldn't recommend walking to the centre. Still, it gave us a more authentic look at Fuerteventura without the tourist gloss.

Puerto del Rosario is well placed for getting around, though there's not much to the town itself, and Sundays are very quiet. The price is great, but the quality falls short: cleanliness was lacking, and so was attention to what guests need. It's okay for a short stay.

We had a good few days there, with what we needed, and the gentleman was really pleasant and easy to deal with. The price was good for what we got.

The balcony looks out toward the sea, and there's good Wi-Fi. It's about a 10-15 minute walk into town, with shops close by. The bedroom faces the street, so evenings can get pretty noisy, and the landlord only speaks Spanish. By Spanish standards, the apartment is very clean and well equipped. I'd stay here again.
