Nice pool.

8/10
The gardens are lovely and kept in good condition, and several gates open straight onto the seafront. Consum is close enough to walk to. Given how much space there is, I think it could use some padel courts. There are courts nearby, but they charge €7 an hour and aren’t maintained very well.

Right by the beach, with outdoor places to relax and eat, and all the amenities you need. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

A good-looking, clean residential area, with gardens that are attractive and very well cared for.

The best development in Vera Playas and all of Almería, with classy, talented people, good-looking women, and great cars.
