The hotel has been refurbished and looks almost brand new in many places, but things felt disorganized. We were first given a room without a balcony, then the replacement had a broken bathroom door. The balcony door can't be opened from outside, so it's easy to lock yourself out. We got excuses when we raised things, as the hotel seems to have no courtesy at all. Cleaning staff also disturbed us twice by mistake on our last morning. The beach is easy to reach, which helped, since the pool has very limited opening hours. For the price, we were disappointed and can't recommend staying here.

We come for long weekends two or three times a year. The recent renovation has left the rooms stylish, with a comfortable, luxurious feel. A fantastic hotel, and we'd highly recommend it.

We came here to unwind and found it just perfect. Breakfast was generous, tasty, and made with good quality food. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and having direct access to miles and miles of sandy beach made it feel like paradise.

We may have picked the wrong hotel for the kind of personal service we're used to. The main restaurant felt plain and rather sad, without much charm, and the buffet food was average. Staff weren't very friendly, though they seemed busy clearing and resetting tables. The setting is beautiful, with amazing nature right in front of the hotel. Our room looked out over the ocean, and the beach was exceptionally clean and went on and on.

The manager made my girlfriend's birthday feel special with a handwritten note and a delicious little cake. Such a thoughtful gesture. The staff, accommodation, and service were all exceptional.
