We had a wonderful week at Casa Marena in January 2023. Although it's less than 500 meters from the center of Puntagorda, the house is tucked away somewhere completely quiet and private. We had everything we needed and wholeheartedly recommend it. Many thanks to Renate and Max for hosting us!

We spent most of our time on the three terraces, taking in the view, even though the finca has plenty of room inside. It was easy to walk into the small village for meals or shopping, and the location worked well for lots of worthwhile, accessible trips around the area. We loved the Canarian atmosphere, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. A really lovely place.

An old Canarian country house, lovingly restored and full of charm, surrounded by lush grounds and a sensational view. It's peaceful here, but the supermarket is only a five-minute walk away. The location is also handy for hikes in the beautiful green north of the island, and Roque de los Muchachos is a fairly quick drive.
