It's a little isolated and can be tricky to find the first time, but we'd recommend staying here if you're visiting Ourense or the surrounding area. The house and rooms have lots of charm, the hosts are great, and breakfast was excellent. We also really enjoyed an unexpectedly lovely public swimming pool with a bar/cafeteria a couple kilometers away. It was clean and fantastic.

We arrived fairly late, and the owner made us a delicious dinner with mushrooms picked locally. Breakfast was good too, and the room was clean and convenient. It's a cute bed and breakfast in a small village, with nice owners. The old building is impressive, and the interior has been designed beautifully.

The beds and pillows were good, and breakfast was great. They also serve local produce for dinner, with gluten-free options and bread. A lovely house, and the owners were friendly and helpful.

We had a car problem in Ourense, and they came out to bring me my suitcase. That kindness alone makes them angels. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was spectacular with lots of choice. We'll definitely come back.
