El Regajo Del Tejar

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and very pleasant, with everything we could need. The surroundings are beautiful too. Delighted with it, and we'll be back!

The best part was seeing our dog enjoy the freedom, coming inside by himself to get warm by the fireplace. Jesús was kind and told us about all the things we could do, though we didn't have time for them all and will need to return. The house, its plot, and the surrounding area were all spectacular. Everything was a 10/10!

There are plenty of comfortable outdoor seating areas, and the garden is nice. The pool is refreshing, though the water was VERY salty and seemed over-chlorinated. The house itself is beautiful and the location is fantastic, and the photos online don't do the place justice. But it could be great and isn't, because the property is poorly maintained. The toilets and showers were dirty, with water stains that seemed permanent, though they could be cleaned. There was pruning debris, construction material scattered around, rusty old outdoor furniture, and worn, sunburned swings. The ping-pong table and rackets were cracked and sunburned too. The adult beds had plastic mattress covers, at least in my room. Kitchen utensils were in unacceptable condition, with dull knives and discarded pans, and there's no oven. With even basic maintenance it would be a different story, but I wouldn't return as it is. The website is incredibly old, and its poorly taken photos are another sign of the lack of upkeep.

Jesús, the owner, was friendly and very attentive. It was a fantastic week in a beautiful, clean, well-equipped house. All around us was lush greenery and trees, with absolute peace and quiet.
