We had a really pleasant stay and would happily come back. The boutique hotel's location is ideal, close to the main attractions but still quiet enough to unwind. Our room was roomy, comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities, and breakfast had everything we could want. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a comfortable stay at Hotel Boutique Palacio de Caranceja that we wished we'd booked more nights. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, and it's well placed for day trips to Santillana del Mar, Comillas, and San Vicente de la Barquera, then coming back to relax. The rooms have lots of space and charming decor, and everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a treat: the waitress offered to cook fresh eggs, bacon and pancakes for us, and it was all delicious. We also enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Everyone on staff was lovely and helpful. When we had a small heating issue, the maintenance guy was great, and Marina took wonderful care of us throughout. The hotel had everything we needed. We left wanting to stay longer and will definitely be back.

Traveling with our dog Leo was easy here. The room had a bed, bowl and other thoughtful touches for him, and we were welcomed with a tray of sweets too. We've never stayed somewhere so welcoming to pets. It's lovely to see a hotel take such good care of the dogs as well as their people. Our room was spotless, and the whole team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly and attentive throughout. We absolutely loved it and will be back. Highly recommended!
