The customer service was bad. I couldn't make one booking for personal reasons, but even though I contacted the hotel months before the reservation, the admin wouldn't move it to different dates or refund the money. They also wouldn't reinstate the original booking. I lost all the money and received no service, while they can sell the room to someone else. What kind of place is this? It feels like robbery.

The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, and the service was really good. There's also a swimming pool open 24 hours.

Unfussy, but better than expected. There are Tesla and Iberdrola chargers in the car park too.

The room was large and spotlessly clean, and the hotel was very easy to find. It was a bit cold in the room during my one-night stay, but I'd stay again.
