Cabogata Jardín Hotel & Spa

I loved staying here. The beachside location was amazing, the breakfast was very nice, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. I came for a conference right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. It’s a bit hard to reach the centre at night, though there are lots of buses during the day. Thank you!

Our flight was canceled on Tuesday afternoon, but when we got to the hotel the rooms were already ready. We had a small room problem, and the young receptionist on duty helped us with everything, even booking a taxi for the next day. We only stayed one night, but the hotel looks good.

My kids loved the pool and water slides, and the hotel has great infrastructure. It’s clean and everything looks pretty new. The buffet and breakfast food were good, which helped make up for the things I didn’t like as much. The food staff were the best in the whole hotel, five stars. The hotel felt understaffed. We arrived by car with three kids and all our bags, and no one was there to help even with opening the doors. I’d gladly tip a bellhop to bring the bags from the lobby to the room. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly and could be kind of rude when they didn’t understand you or you asked too many questions. They have Porsche charging in the parking lot, plug and charge, but you have to pay 15€ per night to use it. If you don’t need it, there’s public parking next to the hotel. I’ve stayed at resorts around the world, and this was one of the best for its facilities but one of the worst for how clients are treated.

I stayed at Cabogata Jardin hotel for five days. It’s ten minutes from the airport, overlooking the seaside, and looks new or very well maintained. The spacious room had lovely furniture and decor, was spotless, and was serviced daily. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout. Breakfast and dinner were great, with options for different tastes and ages, including children. Facilities include two large outdoor pools, a beach bar, a gym, a kids’ play area separated from the adult section, and a shaded games area. It’s a great place to stay. The price is medium, but well worth it.
