Hotel Riaza

The village location is fantastic, and the hotel has excellent facilities that make it especially good for winter. Carmen was so attentive and professional. Don’t skip breakfast. Highly recommended.

We were very comfortable during our one-night stay. The location was amazing, the service very good, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Definitely recommend it.

We nearly crossed this hotel off our list after reading reviews about noise from a bar downstairs. Then a man at the entrance told us it was a great place, and the hotel lady said the bar was closed and only opened on Saturdays, so we decided to stay. We’re glad we did. It was super quiet, the double-glazed windows kept things well insulated, and we slept wonderfully. The lady who checked us in was lovely, and the woman who runs the hotel is exceptional. For me, it’s a 10 out of 10. Don’t miss it.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly. But the pub/bar/museum downstairs came through so badly that none of that made up for the lack of soundproofing. We didn’t sleep at all until it closed around 5:00 AM. It felt like the DJ was right there in bed with us. The music and other guests were bad enough, and the vibrations made it worse. There was no way to rest. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for the noise, but until the soundproofing is fixed, they shouldn’t rent the rooms above on weekends. I won’t be back.
