Santa Cruz

For a fair price, you get a clean, nice room in a great location. The centre, cafes, supermarkets, and everything else are within walking distance. You can hear the neighbours, and it takes a little while for the tap water to warm up, but neither kept me from getting the good night's rest I needed. I've stayed in places for the same or higher price that were much less soundproof, had mold, and weren't nearly as clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back. Thank you!

The host was very welcoming, and for one night it was a fine stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was good value. But the cleaning product smelled so strongly of chemicals, and the odor stayed on the floor and towels, so I could feel it on my feet and skin. Breakfast had one good thing, the fresh-squeezed orange juice. But the “cook” dropped jamon on the floor right in front of us, picked it up, and put it back into the sandwich. That was shameful and unacceptable.

The staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect. My room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. A great place to stay.

Maria and Henri made our stay feel so warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and there’s an elevator and a baby chair too. Most of all, the staff were lovely. Highly recommended.
