El Picu 7. Apartamentos.

The kitchen and beds were probably the best parts of this comfortable apartment. The furniture seemed quite new, and the decor was modern. It’s close to the beach, and Patricia welcomed us on the first day and talked us through the excursions available. We hope to come back next year!

We’re a family from Madrid and come back to these apartments every year, usually for about two weeks in August. Picu 7 gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Ribadesella and the surrounding area are a natural paradise, and the apartments are in the beach area, the best part of town for us. They’re peaceful, since the main shopping area with bars and restaurants is across the bridge over the Sella River, in town. Having a parking space is a huge help in Ribadesella, especially in summer when parking is impossible. The apartments are brand new, beautiful, and furnished with every comfort and detail. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Patricia handles everything wonderfully; she’s lovely and always available if anything comes up.

Patricia was incredibly friendly and gave us great ideas for things to do nearby. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, and came with a parking space that made things more convenient. We stayed over the weekend and would definitely book here again if we’re in the area. 100% recommended.

Patri is so attentive and answers any questions or needs straight away. The apartments are luxurious, with excellent quality, beds, and amenities. They’re perfectly placed for the beach, walks, the city, and some peace and quiet, with free parking as well. The cleaning and COVID protocols were the best you could imagine, all at a good price.
