We booked on the day we arrived in August and only stayed one night. The owners communicated with us superbly, but for €149, the quality and amenities didn’t feel worth the price.

The location is nice and the view is good, but staff smoke inside the building, so you notice it as soon as you walk in. They try to cover the smell by spraying air freshener in the rooms.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast is available. Our room had a beautiful view of the sella River and the old town. It’s a simple but nice hotel, though there’s a bit of a climb up the hill or some steps to reach it. There was also a strange cigarette smell in the lobby.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights at this genuine two star hotel up the hill, walking up both the steps and the road behind it. We asked at check-in for a room with a view, and after some checking and switching keys, we got one.
