Hotel Los Abuelos

A great place to relax, with a swimming pool.

We had to cancel our reservation at the last minute because of a health problem. The owners were polite, but inflexible, and their attitude left a lot to be desired. The hotel probably would have been great otherwise. I hope they’re more relaxed and accommodating with guests staying there. It’s a shame. I believe it’s worth trying to make a customer happy. A happy customer brings many more customers, which is a sure bet. Sometimes it pays to lose a little now to gain a lot more in the long run.

It’s nice to be surrounded by nature, and the campsite facilities are available to you. It’s also close to Ribadesella, with rooms in different types and sizes. But the rooms are very worn, even though they’re clean, and one had a bad bathroom smell that reached the hallway. Getting there by car at night is difficult. There’s no air conditioning or soundproofing, so you can hear absolutely everything from the next room.
