The location is quiet, and the house is both comfortable and beautifully decorated in a quaint country style. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was fresh and perfect, and the hot tub was a treat. It was well worth the price and one of the better places we’ve stayed in Spain. I highly recommend it.

We traveled here for our daughter’s sporting activities, so she didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy the inn. Even so, our first stay at Posada Seis Leguas in Riocorvo, Cantabria, exceeded our expectations. The location is wonderful, and the inn has tasteful decor, great cleanliness, friendly staff, and an excellent overall standard. We didn’t get to experience the surroundings or hospitality as fully as we’d have liked, so we’ll have to come back as a family to enjoy the Vía Verde (Greenway), the swimming pool, the mountains, and more. We’re sure we’ll return sooner or later.

The location made it easy to visit Cantabria without long drives, and the house was beautiful, welcoming, and very well kept. We stayed for a week, and the room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was varied, exquisite, and excellent quality. After arriving at the inn, it was lovely to unwind in the jacuzzi, the pool, the garden, or the living room with a book. Thank you, Sandra and Juan, for making us feel even more at home. The quiet and peace of the place were a real gift. We left delighted and eager to return. We’ll be back!
