The market hall and lots of restaurants are nearby, and Plaza de Hercules is an easy walk away. You get to see real Sevillian life there. The place is clean and nicely styled, just perfect. PS, don’t even think of bringing your own car 😂

The apartments are well equipped, and the place is great, close to the city center.
At this price, I expected much more. The value for money was unacceptable. The floor was filthy, the kitchen table had sticky stains, and the seats were very uncomfortable. The fridge was loud. The bed linen was torn, the covers didn't fit the duvets, and one bathroom wouldn't lock. Its door was very hard to open and close, and there was nowhere to hang towels. Drafty windows let in lots of street noise, including from the bus stop right outside. There were four of us, but the small hot water boiler only covered two showers. The others had to wait several hours for the water to heat up again. The elevator crawled along at 10-15 cm per second and only held one person, so we always took the stairs to the third floor.
The neighborhood was nice and had fewer tourists, with good restaurants and a market hall close by. On Thursdays there’s also a flea and vintage market 100 meters from the apartment. Our place was large, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean.
Great apartment in a very convenient spot. There’s a supermarket nearby, and finding parking was quick.
