I wanted to write this because, in my opinion, the hotel is rated too low. We had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean, though a bit dated, with a shower over the bath, and breakfast was fine. There's a bar with a very pleasant terrace, and drinks are very affordable. It's close to Nacimiento del Rio Mundo.

We were driving from Valencia to Cordoba and stayed here for one night on the way. This hotel is great if you're looking to relax, and every room has an incredible mountain view, so there was no need to ask for a particular room. If you want to experience real Spain, this is the place. Breakfast really isn't worth the price, but everything else was awesome :)

We arrived by bike after a hot, thirsty ride from Ruidera and got lovely rooms with fantastic views. Breakfast the next morning was more than adequate. The bikes were locked away securely, and we could have used the pool and spa facilities if we'd wanted. There was no evening meal available, but we found plenty of places to eat in town. Paying the next morning was the one snag: they didn't take VISA, so we had to use cash we hadn't budgeted for. A bit annoying, but what the heck. We liked the hotel and would go back, especially with Peter Gabriel playing in Reception and the Bar!

The shower was great and the heating worked really well. It's a great place to stay, just two blocks from everything in town.

The room was very clean. The air conditioning and shower were broken, so they moved us to another room and didn't charge for the night. I can't fault the service.
