Hotel Rural El Fondón

You can fall asleep listening to the river here, which is wonderful. The rooms are clean and very well kept, and Regina serves homemade breakfasts that you can enjoy on the porch with its beautiful views. She's friendly, attentive, and takes care of everything. The stay was spectacular. A cozy, peaceful place in a typical Asturian village that's well worth visiting.

Regina's breakfasts are wonderful, and she's so kind. This rural hotel is right at the start of the Alba route, making it a great base for exploring Redes Natural Park. The room was comfortable, with excellent views, and the facilities were in very good condition and clean. Parking is available right by the door.

A note for families: children aren't allowed. For hikers, they have somewhere to clean your boots, and there's a porch where you can read while a storm comes in. Regina, the owner, gave us excellent suggestions, including Pozo Sotón, which is an absolute must-see. The hotel and village are both wonderful, and the hotel has a perfect location, good rooms, and is very clean. We loved the breakfasts in the garden and chatting with Regina. It's an ideal base for exploring Redes Natural Park, with countless little details that would take too long to list.

We spent a week here and came away happy again. Regina goes out of her way to make you feel at home, and her delicious homemade breakfast, typical of the area, is priceless. The hotel is very clean and has everything you need for a few days in nature. It's a charming rural hotel in a privileged spot, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the surroundings, and recharging. The peace and the sound of the stream make this little corner of Asturias especially inviting. Highly recommended.
