What made this stay stand out was the care from Jasmina and Lorena. They were kind, friendly, and always ready to help find a solution, with a warmth that felt like real care rather than just good manners. On Valentine’s Day, they even surprised our family with a thoughtful gift. Hotel Petit RIU de la Cerdanya has a cozy, home-like feel from the moment you arrive, and the facilities are very well kept. We had an outstanding stay and would gladly return.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the village is absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was great, and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. There isn't really anyone at reception, but the instructions for getting inside are clear. We'd happily stay here again if we return to the area.

The drive up had quite a few windy sections, but the views made it worthwhile. The stay was beautiful, and guests were offered a generous buffet breakfast in the morning. I'd definitely come back.

The restaurant team were very friendly and still accommodated us when we arrived a little late. Breakfast was amazing too. We stayed one night at Hotel de Riu before starting a hike in the area the following day, and the contactless check-in was super easy.
