Virginia was so kind, and she was flexible about our checkout time. The patio worked really well for our dog, and she had a crib ready for our five-month-old. We also got to try the eggs Virginia kindly gave us, they were delicious. The cottage had everything we needed for cooking and stayed lovely and cool during the August heat wave. We wanted a peaceful rural spot near Segovia and found one just a 15-minute drive away.

We had a spectacular New Year's Eve, with no firecrackers, and our pet was happy too. Thanks so much for everything, Virginia. The house is warm and really nice, with all the comforts you could want. There's a small patio and barbecue, just right for the two of us. You can find easy, lovely walks near the village. Great for a weekend, we'll be back soon. 100% recommended. A hug.

One of the best bits was waking up to the baker driving by to buy bread. It's something that's slowly disappearing. We had a wonderful time here two weeks ago, and the cozy, comfortable house suited us and our pet. The host was warm and welcoming, and we'd love to return to enjoy charming Roda de Eresma.

The little patio was lovely, and the house had pretty much everything we needed, from towels and blankets to kitchen things and a hair dryer. It's small, but cozy, and pets are welcome. The owner or manager was really friendly and shared useful information to make the stay nicer, including suggestions for places to see or eat. We stayed for a weekend and were delighted. 100% recommended.

We loved this little rural house. It's beautifully decorated, very clean, smells lovely, and the sheets are spotless white. The kitchen has more utensils and appliances than you could need. It's a great size for a couple, with the sofa bed allowing up to four people. The small patio is charming, with a bench where you can sit and read or enjoy breakfast, dinner, or the afternoon. There's also a small barbecue, though you'll need to bring charcoal and firelighters. The village itself doesn't have anything, but Segovia is 10 minutes away, as are other towns with great municipal pools for a hot summer day. I'd recommend Cantinpalos. A couple of suggestions: mosquito nets on the bedroom and bathroom windows would let you sleep with them open without animals getting in. A cat gave us a fright at 6 in the morning, so we had to shut the window. For winter, a fireplace or stove with a real flame would make the place even cozier. Highly recommended.
