We couldn’t get in at check-in time because they never contacted us, and they didn’t answer my messages afterward. I asked for a refund and they refused. The whole experience was awful. The hotel is on the second basement level and smells moldy. Its windows look like prison bars and offer no view. Other reviews say water pours in when it rains. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry heavy luggage up and down dark, unlit stairs. I can’t accept this, and I wouldn’t stay here.

They first told me the apartment had flooded when we were due to stay there, and later tried to move me to a smaller place with no view for the same price. When I said no, they told Booking.com I'd cancelled and kept my money. I feel cheated. Avoid this place. Pathetic.

The room was in awful condition, but the view was the best.
