I booked this place in August and it was an absolute dump. I had numerous complaints. I posted a review before and was promised compensation, but three months later I'm still being ignored. Don't waste your money or trust these hosts. There was no water, no Aircon, and none of what their pictures show. The promises were false too.

We couldn't stand it and found somewhere else within 10 minutes. The toilet seat had urine on it and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Toenail clippings were scattered across the floor, there was hair everywhere, and the whole place was incredibly dirty and disgusting. We felt completely uncomfortable. Booking.com advised us to leave and assured us we'd get a free cancellation. Two weeks later, the host and Booking.com are still holding our money. Booking.com keeps putting us off, and the host won't respond.

Finding a parking spot took a lot of circling, and it was quite a walk from the apartment. Inside, though, we were very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped setup and even Netflix on the TV, which was perfect for series on chilly evenings. Oscar was very nice.

The apartment's tasteful decor and comfortable facilities made for a nice stay. It's also very well placed for heading out to explore Ronda. The owner was friendly and helpful, and sorted out a technical problem straight away.
