The comfortable, clean rooms and the beautifully equipped, very enjoyable spa were real positives. The garage and parking were easy to access, and I'm grateful to the lady who gave us a massage; she was very professional and released two trapped nerves. At check-in, though, I told a receptionist that I'd called at least 10 times and only got an answering machine, and that I'd also emailed three requests without a reply. She said plainly that if they were busy, they wouldn't reply. I honestly thought that was pathetic. She really should work on her attitude, because travellers may be tired or moody, and dealing with someone so moody and obnoxious reflects badly on the hotel. Maybe I was too tired, but the spa was very relaxing and well worth visiting again.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Parking was a big plus for us in Spain: it's easy to access from inside the hotel. The location is great too, within walking distance of all the major sights. A very relaxing hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and spoke several languages, and the breakfast room looked inviting, though we didn't try it. We only stayed one night, which was probably plenty for a town this size. The location made it easy to get around, near the top of the pedestrian shopping boulevard and a short walk from the main sights, in a safe, lively area. Our spacious double suite worked well for two couples or a family. It had a slightly funky smell at first, but opening the windows helped, if your room has windows. The bathroom looked clean and had plenty of room. A good place to stay.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the location was great. The room was clean, though on the small side, and we could hear people walking in the corridor because it wasn't very soundproof. There was no kettle or minibar. The strong scent of essential oils throughout the hotel was a lot.

Those little balconies looking out over the street were lovely, and the reception staff were very helpful. The location was fantastic, close to everything. I did wish the pool were free, though. I'd recommend it.
