The owner was really helpful, and we'd come back, God willing. The villa is practical and easy to reach, with good connections to Ronda and nearby towns. Inside, the house is well maintained. Outside there's lots of space, a tidy lawn, a large pool and a barbecue area right beside it.
The house is lovely, and Ronda is only about 10 minutes away. We had a great time.
The pool was spectacular, and the lawn was beautifully green. We stayed at Casa Encarni for the weekend with four adults and three kids, and all of us loved it. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable pillows. Eloy looked after us so well. A full 10 out of 10, thank you!
People's safety should count for something. During the DANA weekend, with a yellow weather alert in the province, the advice was to avoid non-essential travel. We had booked the All Saints' Day long weekend, October 31st through November 3rd, for two families with children coming from Granada and Córdoba. I asked the owner whether we could shift the dates, cancel part of the booking, or reach a solution that worked for both sides. He said he ran a business and would get zero euros if he canceled or changed the dates. Booking.com leaves these cases to the owner and washes its hands of them. With what happened in Valencia and other parts of the province of Málaga, including road closures, floods, and deaths, this is disgraceful. I don't recommend the place.
The owner was very friendly, and the house had everything we could need, including towels. It was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The location is great too, in a very quiet, peaceful area.
