We went half board and found the food excellent, with plenty of choice for all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of entertainment for families and singles, during the day and in the evening. Inside the hotel, you could choose a lively or quiet area to relax, play cards, or sit in the shade with a coffee or a drink. We went in mid May, just before the main summer season, and it was fairly quiet. There were plenty of sunbeds in different spots around the pools. Our room overlooked the beach and pools, and the handy galley kitchen came as a nice surprise, along with the large fridge. The hotel is right by a very wide, clean beach. The paths are spacious and very flat, with no hills that we noticed, so it was easy to take a relaxing walk and burn off some of the lovely food.

I canceled my booking. Charging 60€ per night while calling the hotel pet friendly feels like a scam. They may as well say dogs aren’t welcome.

We stayed for a week and came away extremely disappointed. The food was repetitive and low quality, and cutlery, glasses, and plates were always dirty. There were long queues at the restaurant and bars. The sunbeds were placed right next to each other, and the Wi-Fi was unusable. The hotel felt outdated and neglected, and it didn’t meet four-star standards for service, cleanliness, or comfort. Our room was dirty and poorly maintained. Music and events directly below the balcony kept it noisy until after 1 AM. We complained several times but staff didn’t seem willing to help. One receptionist said, “I’m not the one making the noise.” There was black mold in the bathroom that was never properly cleaned, which is a serious health risk. The air conditioning was loud, and we couldn’t set an exact temperature. The sofa bed for our teenage son was tiny, uncomfortable, and unstable. Most staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The stay was frustrating and far below acceptable standards.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. It’s a pretty, very clean hotel with spacious rooms and lovely views. All the staff and other guests were so friendly and welcoming. The food was nice. At breakfast, I would have liked beans and ketchup, but everyone has their own preferences. I’d definitely come again.
