Hotel Best Roquetas

The views of the sea are wonderful, and the location is excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There's a nice pool, and drinks were reasonably priced, with regular offers. The private parking was great value too. We'll be back.

The beach is just behind the hotel, and the location is good. Rooms are kept clean and tidy, and the service is good. The staff try hard to make the holiday a great one, though communication can be difficult with guests from other countries. I've seen French, English, and German visitors struggle to ask staff for things. The events team also seems to focus a bit more on Spanish guests. The buffet restaurant is really good, though the food could use more variety sometimes. At many tables, some things are missing, so you have to get them yourself. Still, the hotel was really good overall. I'd say families on a budget should consider it: it gives you what you need, without extra frills.

We have a family apartment with a small kitchen, and there's enough room for the four of us. We're here with our kids, aged 1 and 5. The hotel food is great, just what you'd expect from a four-star place, and I love the wok. We have half board, but there are enough restaurants within walking distance for lunch. The Spar is right across from the hotel if you want a cheaper lunch. The pool is nice, though a bit crowded. It's high season, so that's understandable.

The buffet was excellent, with a different theme each night that kept the meals fun and tasty. Staff were always friendly and did all they could to make us feel welcome. The price felt fair for what we got, and we came away with great holiday memories. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Best Roquetas, right on the beach, which made it easy to relax.
