The mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable, and only sheets are provided, with no duvet. That might be fine in summer, but it can feel chilly in winter. Be careful with this apartment, which is managed by the Agi agency, the worst in Rosas. Their apartments are often in poor condition, poorly maintained and outdated.

It's a shame, because the apartment is spacious and has lovely sea views, but I won't return or recommend it. The day before we were due to leave, the cleaning service arrived and opened the door improperly while we were still inside. The windows wouldn't shut properly in the north wind, and the bed linens were dirty. After I reported the mistake, they sent a checkout notice for 10:00 the next day, warning they'd charge my card if the kitchen wasn't clean and put in order and the apartment left tidy. I was very disappointed with the real estate agency.

The location and view are fantastic, which makes the apartment's condition a real shame. It was spacious, but very old and not in good shape. Immogestion said it would be ready at 3 pm, but it hadn't been cleaned, and even after they came, it still wasn't very clean. We asked to check out at noon instead of 10 am and they refused. I'm not sure I'd rent through Immogestion again.

There were just two rolls of toilet paper and no dish soap, cleaning cloths or scouring pads. Two street-facing windows were broken, and they made all kinds of demands. The apartment was shabby and overpriced. I wouldn't stay there again.

Air-conditioned and clean, this very large apartment is close to everything and directly across from the beach. The bay view is superb. We'll be back.
