Mr. Jordin manages the apartment and is very friendly, always available. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is nice, and the price is average. Santa Margarita is a beautiful area, and I recommend renting here.

There are 400 apartments around the same pool, and in summer it gets crowded and extremely noisy. Our apartment was modern and could have been pleasant, but out on the terrace you could barely hear yourself speak. Avoid it.
The facilities are fine, but with the terrace facing the pool it’s very hard to sleep. People keep shouting, even at 4 in the morning. The French are usually known for their lack of manners, but here they really don’t stop.
I spent my whole childhood in this building, and it still feels like a wonderful home to me. The apartments are lovely and incredibly comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and it’s a pleasant place to be. It is noisy in summer, but I blame that on people who ignore the rules, not the building itself. You can’t judge a place by rude guests, but by who they are. I’d come back a thousand times, though something needs to be done about people who disregard the building regulations and even the civil code.
The residence is noisy, and Wi-Fi in the apartments costs €6 a day. Given the rental price, I’ve stayed in much better places for less, so I don’t recommend it.
