The house made for a wonderful holiday, and my 5 and 3-year-old daughters felt safe enough to wander over to the neighboring house and feed the goats. It’s cozy, spectacular, and has everything you need to relax. Vanesa shared tips for places to see and restaurants with good value. The location worked really well for sightseeing, with the highway nearby and a natural area just 4 kilometers away. We’d happily come back. Highly recommended.

The only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy La Riguera de Ginio. There’s plenty to do nearby, with the mountains and beach close at hand, and the village has restaurants and a small shop. Vanesa shared loads of helpful excursion tips, including where to go, eat, and what to do. The apartment is in a great spot and has everything needed for a few days. There’s free parking outside, plus books and games, a very comfortable mattress and pillow, a whirlpool bathtub, and a garden with a barbecue where you can enjoy the Cantabrian sunshine. Vanesa and Jaime are such lovely people, and you can see the care they put into their apartments. We arrived to a cake waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. Thanks so much to both of you. We’re already planning another stay.

The house was comfortable, welcoming, and very well kept. We stayed for 10 days with our four children in a beautiful setting, and the location made a great base for exploring Cantabria. Our hosts were lovely and helpful. We’d recommend the place without hesitation.

Araos was a lovely place to spend a few days. Everything felt thoughtfully decorated, and Vanesa and Jaime took such good care of us. The setting makes it easy to enjoy the beach as well as the countryside and forest, with excellent food too. Thanks so much for everything. We’ll be back and will definitely recommend it. Hugs.

Araos was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds and pillows. We spent a week there as a family and found the apartments at La Riguera de Ginio to be a 10 out of 10. It’s peaceful, easy to reach the village, and well placed for exploring Cantabria. There are amenities nearby, including excellent restaurants and a small supermarket. The owners, Vanesa and Jaime, were kind and always attentive to what we needed. Their advice on places to visit and eat was excellent, and they added thoughtful touches along the way. We’d recommend it 100% and will definitely return.
