Hotel Matias

We only went for dinner, and the food and cooking really didn't satisfy us. The price was way too high for what you get. My glass of wine was the only good part. I wouldn't recommend the place. Maybe you'd have better luck in high season, but I doubt it.

I only ate at the restaurant, so I can't comment on the hotel. It was a fantastic meal, homemade and exquisite. It's easy to get there, and the staff are warm and make sure you're enjoying your food.

Nice atmosphere, though the food isn't the best around...

The prices are sky-high, as if this were the hotel rich. A toast costs 3€, and a juice is 3'5. One of the bar waitresses assaulted me. The rooms were filthy, full of grime and cockroaches. When I opened the shower curtain, there was a dead rat inside. The sheets had blood on them, and there was a used condom on the bedside table. I slipped badly on the stairs down to the restaurant because there was no wet floor sign. This place is in a town in the middle of nowhere, where Jesus Christ lost his shoe. Hunters passing through should sleep in the town square instead, where you'd rest more comfortably. Maybe the hunters go looking for brown bears at night. A disastrous hostel. I'll never come back.
