The place was good, and we had no other real complaints, but the bungalow we booked wasn't properly clean, so my mom ended up cleaning it. Our neighbours in front were really loud 😂, though that's not the campsite's fault. One downside was that all the entertainment and kids' activities were in Spanish, with no French or English, so my sisters couldn't really join in with the other kids.

We only stayed one night out of the four we had booked. The ladies' facilities were unclean, according to my partner, and the site was badly maintained and poorly staffed. The pool and bar/restaurant were advertised, but none of them were open. I've also somehow been charged twice for all four nights, and I'm still waiting for a refund after requesting one. Give this place a wide berth and try Camping Valentia Sandaya 300 meters down the road. I'd give it less than one star if I could.

The man at reception was very nice, but the stay wasn't relaxing at all. There was a lot of building work going on, and the road was so messy that I had to ask them to sweep it before we could drive out without risking a puncture. We paid 15 € including EHU and had planned to stay two nights, but one was enough. We walked to the beach and seafront and were really disappointed, so we moved on. I wouldn't come back.

It's a quiet, familiar sort of place close to the sea, with a lovely little promenade lined with bars and restaurants. The pool works well for families, and the campground seems mostly set up for locals, so knowing a bit of Spanish helps. The toilets and bathrooms are mediocre for the off-season price, and you'll need to bring your own toilet paper. And, yikes, there are cockroaches in the bathrooms. 🫣

We wanted somewhere close to Valencia, and this worked well for us, about a 20-minute drive into the city. Puzol is around 2 km away for supermarkets and other things, and the beach is only 300 m away. The camp is small but very crowded, mostly with local regulars staying in trailers, and it can get loud well past midnight, sometimes until 1 am. We didn't mind, but it isn't the place for a peaceful stay. My kids thought the pool was ok, and we spent four nights there. The girl at reception was extremely nice and helpful.
