Hotel Manaus

The rooms had what you need, the price was very reasonable, and the pool area was nice. It’s a short walk to the beach. Day staff were lovely, but I found the night staff unhelpful. Sleeping was difficult because the hotel next door was very loud, the ceiling fan was noisy, the pillows were very thin, and it was hot. There also wasn’t a plug for the bath.

We stayed for two weeks with BB, and the food was great, with lots of choices and excellent flavour. The staff were kind, rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed. We borrowed an umbrella from reception, where they also gave us nearby restaurant recommendations. The location worked well for ElArenal beach and for exploring all parts of Majorka. If you rent a car, there’s a large parking area about a 5-6 minute walk away.

The service was fantastic, especially from receptionists Ingrid and Mariela. They were efficient and went above and beyond to arrange excursions and upgrade our room. The hotel itself and its facilities are basic, but even though it’s only a 3* place, we’d happily stay again. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice, the Wi-Fi was great, and everything was very clean. Thank you!

It was a lovely, clean hotel and good for couples wanting a quiet holiday. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, but the dark-haired woman at the bar was really rude and arrogant. It put me off going to the pool or Bad. Love holidays should mention that there’s no entertainment. We also didn’t realize they keep your passports until the end of the stay. That’s fine, but they should tell you, and I’m not sure why they do it.
