We loved listening to nature and watching the moon and stars through the skylights. It's a beautiful place to get away from the city. Hugo was attentive and helpful, and we'd definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

We arrived to find our reservation canceled and had to look for somewhere else at the last minute, right in the middle of Holy Week. I've never been treated so unprofessionally. We should have booked through Booking.com or a similar service so they could take responsibility for a situation like this. We learned that lesson. Very unprofessional!

We spent seven days here and loved it. You do have to drive to Sabiñánigo, but the stay is well worth that. We explored all of the Aragonese Pyrenees and were left speechless. The fridge is small, though we didn't need anything bigger. We felt right at home, and Hugo was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the place.

We don't have a reservation, and it's not because we failed to pay or get in touch as they claimed. We called to book, gave them all our details, and were told they'd message us on WhatsApp the next day to arrange a prepayment. No message arrived while I was away for work. I called again a day later, but nobody answered the phone or WhatsApp. After trying for three days, I called and got no answer. A minute later I tried from another number and they picked up straight away. They blamed us for not paying and not contacting them, which is a lie. Their proposed fix was another apartment, which we didn't want. With only three days left before our trip, we now have to find a hotel. Terrible service. Not recommended.
