There was barely half a roll of toilet paper for everyone, and you had to pay extra if it ran out. The sheets that were meant to be clean had red stains, and one child even picked a fingernail off the floor. The bedrooms had sunflower seed shells and cobwebs, while the kitchen extractor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned since the 1980s. The pans were so filthy they seemed ready to flake apart. We were there for a weekend with several couples and children. Calling this place rural seems to be their excuse for not keeping it hygienic.

The village views are spectacular, and the place is so peaceful. Eight of us stayed in the main house and felt incredibly comfortable. It was spotless, and the owners were kind and attentive. We'd definitely come back.

The pool was wonderful, sparkling clean, and had tables, chairs and sun loungers. We also loved the barbecue. There were six of us at Casa del Mulero this weekend, and we all had a great time. The house was spotless and tidy, with everything we needed. Isabel was always there to help and was so kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back. Thanks so much, family!
