2/10
The rooms and bathrooms are very large, and the reception staff were nice, though they seemed inexperienced. Still, the stay was not worth what we paid. There was almost nothing in the room, and even the hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was awful, with mediocre food carelessly laid out and virtually no service. We don’t usually stay in this kind of hotel, but since we had to book late that afternoon, I wanted to share these shortcomings with future guests.

A simple, pleasant hotel with welcoming staff.

8/10
It feels a bit clinical and has very little atmosphere, but the rooms are roomy, spotless, and uncomplicated. A decent, fairly priced place to sleep.

The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are clean and very roomy. There’s no fridge, kettle, or other amenities, though, and the restaurant food isn’t good.

10/10
The staff are great, and the location is ideal. The rooms are large, and most look out over the marina and the bay ( Ria de Betanzos). The price was excellent, just as it has been at all the Alfa hotels I’ve stayed in.
