Apartments Concha del Mar

There's private outdoor parking, and the facilities are spacious with a well-signposted campsite. The apartments are lovely and peaceful, away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff are so attentive they make you feel at home 🏠. I'd recommend the place without hesitation.

The bar and restaurant service was unbeatable, with quality food. The receptionist was really friendly too. I found the facilities very comfortable, and the apartments have everything you need.

The beach is only a two-minute walk away, which is the one good thing here. For what you pay, this is very poor value, and the service was terrible. We won't return. You can't check in before 3 pm, even when the rooms are ready, so people end up waiting and complaining. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent: the beds weren't made, and we were left to put on the sheets ourselves. The glasses were dirty, so we had to buy plastic cups at the supermarket. There was no hot water when we tried to shower. When we reported it, they seemed surprised and said it had never happened before, but several other reviews mention the same issue. They ask for a €100 deposit and threaten to charge €20 if you leave the apartment dirty, despite not taking proper care of cleanliness themselves.

It's in a very quiet area and the apartment more than met our expectations. It's generally clean, but at these prices, especially in summer, the upkeep and small details need more attention. Our shower head and clothesline were broken, the shower drain was missing and couldn't be replaced, and some of the small appliances are quite old and could do with replacing.
