Albero by Gaiairooms

We booked a triple room under Ibrahim, but were offered one double bed and a sofa bed, which they called an upgrade. We didn’t want to sleep right next to each other, and that arrangement simply wasn’t acceptable. We had reserved two weeks ahead, then got an email cancelling us just 30 minutes before check-in, leaving us without a room for the night. We cancelled because the double-bed room wouldn’t fit our group. We were not told the day before. The attached check-in proof shows it was the same day at 10 am. Imagine the lie they tell you. This place is miserable, the worst hostel choice. There’s zero professionalism or customer service. The guy we spoke with seemed to know nothing about hotels or their procedures. They first said they had upgraded our three-bed booking to a double-bed room. What were we supposed to do with the third person, sleep on the floor? We don’t sleep next to each other in the first place. They ruined our vacation.
