Plaza Mayor is practically around the corner, and it's easy to explore the city center on foot from here. Breakfast in the basement had a good range of sweet and savory food, and the hotel service was good. We'd be happy to stay again if we return to Salamanca. We spent about two nights here in April 2026, in room 401. We'd booked a king-size bed but got two beds pushed together, which I don't think works very well. The room itself was decent, with neutral colors, wooden floors, a desk, a complimentary bottle of water at check-in, a large wall-mounted TV, and a decent wardrobe. There was daylight from a window, though the view was only of a courtyard. The bathroom had sand-colored tiles, like many buildings in Salamanca, and a pretty good shower.

It's just a couple of steps from Plaza Major, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel was clean and the room size was commendable. Daniela, our room attendant, was attentive and helped with our requests. We'll come back!

There was no air conditioning, and the room was 26 degrees at night. I didn't have a regular electrical outlet beside my side of the bed. The receptionists weren't helpful and couldn't print our bill. The promised reduced rate at a local underground car park never came through.

What stood out during our stopover was how well the reception team looked after us. They listened carefully and came up with personal solutions that made things easier. Everyone we dealt with was professional and genuinely helpful. The hotel has a warm feel, good facilities, and comfortable, well-kept rooms. A few small updates to the rooms would make the stay even more comfortable. It’s well placed for a visit to Salamanca, and I’d gladly come back.
