The rooms are good, and it’s a great location. It’s a shame that no one on staff except for Miriam speaks English. There’s also a fake decoration above the bed that felt irrelevant.

The woman at reception was welcoming and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s about two minutes from the cathedral, with lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms are a bit tired, but that didn’t bother me. You have to run the tap for a while before the hot water comes through, but it does get there.

Great price and location. The rooms are okay, and there’s always someone at reception. We did hear some loud voices at the desk in the middle of the night.

The location worked really well, close to the historic area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the AC was welcome during the hot spell. Breakfast was an okay buffet at 8am for 6 euros.

For the price, this place is perfectly adequate, though it isn't a luxury hotel. It's right by Plaza Mayor, with plenty of cafes and restaurants downstairs, and the location is spectacular. The rooms were very clean for a 2-star hotel, the staff were friendly, and the WiFi worked well. I thought the 6-euro breakfast buffet was less appealing than spending the same amount at a cafe. Still, I had a very good stay.
